Actually it’s not very warm here. Not freezing, though it’s not unusual for it to drop into the teens during the winter. The Napa Valley tends to be warmer then a lot of places. But it only feels that way when one bothers to do some searching and runs across an article like this.
The mental_floss Blog did a nice piece of research and lists the coldest places on earth. Don’t they sound like charming places to live?
