The US Government has been cracking down on online gambling every way they can. Besides outlawing it under a number of seemingly puritanical laws, they recently forced credit card companies into refusing to accept US Citizens use at Gambling sites.
But some of those sites have just started specializing. As a US Citizen I can’t actually gamble online (Indian Casinos and Reno is close anyways). But there is something to be said about online gambling. And sometimes playing games of chance can be fun. That’s why I think some of the sites have sort of morphed into educating about the games and for entertainment. (With full service available to non-US citizens.) I wandered across a few service I thought interesting.

The online site I hear about a lot is Pogo. With a lot of games, but no money in site, they work hard for entertaining on the light side. The friends I know who play there seem to like it, but I want to play something a little well, more adult. So I kept looking.

I don’t play much black jack online (Well I play some on my ipod touch). I don’t have a whole lot of practice. But I ran across a site called offers a number of Free Blackjack Online Titles called Blackjack Club (http://www.blackjackclub.com/). Now I didn’t know there was a number of different ways to play, so I was actually kind of pleasantly surprised. One thing that kind of stymied me was this little blurb:
We do not accept US or Canadian players do to recent regulations, but we want to target Europe and the rest of the world. Our site supports all languages and we have support representatives in every language and release new games every month.
But looking over the upcoming games of black jack online that they had, I liked the few titles they showed. Some I didn’t understand, but they had good instructions. And they did offer a download for US Citizens here.
