Valleywag reports iphone browser stats and forgets the ipod touch…

Browser Market ShareStats from Valleywag showed that Apple’s iPhone browser has grabbed a 0.09 percent share, which might not seem like much until you compare it to the competition. Windows CE, which encompasses every Windows Mobile device shipped, holds a 0.06 percent share; Danger Research’s Sidekick product family holds a tiny 0.02 percent share; and the Symbian S60 smartphone platform, favored by Nokia, has 0.01 percent.

The thought that also came to mind, is that the ipod touch numbers also must add to that. And since the browser pulls up a similar browser string as the iphone ( AppleWebKit/420.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.0 Mobile/3A110a Safari/419.3″) it’ll get hidden.
