I have watched the peel get used as a base for Monster Garage project. That didn’t work all that great. Here on this Top Gear episode, they show both how ridiculous and versatile the Peel could be.
That little car would get destroyed fast here in the Bay Area the way some of the driver drive. Though the Mercedes Smart that is coming to California is a bit larger, and is considerably safer, it’ll be a battle to get people to understand how it is safe.
