[T]he court concludes that Novell is the owner of the UNIX and UnixWare Copyrights.[Groklaw]

That single small line signals the death of SCO. Their only way to make money has been illegally threatening to sue companies about UNIX patents and Copyrights. And the reason this is the death sentence for the company is that they had been able to shake down IBM and Sun for Millions, which they’ll now owe Novell. In fact between the money they collected, their court costs and the fines that are building up plus the Langham suite against them. SCO now probably owes 2-3 times its own networth.

The punk is dead, we can go back to ignoring them.
