OK, take a movie that has gotten a ton of publicity, a marketing budget that includes huge dioramas in theaters nationwide. What else go they do to “improve on that?” How about taking a few 7-11’s and make them into an icon from the show…

Thanks ImageshackThe U.S. locations where a 7-Eleven store was transformed into a Kwik-E-Mart are New York City; Chicago; Dallas; Denver; Burbank, Calif.; Los Angeles; Henderson, Nev.; Orlando, Fla.; Mountain View, Calif.; Seattle; and Bladensburg, Md.

Thanks Imageshack They went whole hog changing simple things like Slurpee’s into Squishy Machines, and Buzz cola in the soda selection. Plus “Simpsons style” donuts, Uniforms for the employees, Signage, Barts favorite comics and cartoon figures standing everywhere.

  1. I swung by a local 7-11 and they hadn’t done the full conversion, but they had a number of Simpsons touches in decoration like Squishee Machines, Pink Donuts, and having the soda machine say Buzz Cola (even if they didn’t have it on tap).
